Connected in a crisis
Are you prepared for a crisis? In our recent survey, 50% of the UK’s Communications Directors weren’t when it happened to them.
And with social media ensuring your issue escalates by the minute, you can’t afford to be unprepared.
We speak to the national media on a daily basis, and handle everything from negative health claims and product recalls to major industry crises.
Our work with industries and the connections inside them means that we are always informed and can stay ahead of the game. This inside knowledge means that we can help you prepare for, and where possible avoid, an issue or crisis before it happens.
We’ve steered many clients through major crises and rebuilt reputations for entire industries and brands, including the Salmonella in eggs crisis in the eighties and nineties, and more recently the latest IARC challenge to meat.
We’ve looked after the vitamin industry for 16 years handling issues and conducting a proactive media office. Last year we stopped 90% of all VMS negative claims from media publication and our proactive and reactive campaign led to multiple positive national newspaper pieces.
Should the worst happen to you, we’ll be there to help you through it, every step of the way. Our huge network of industry experts and specialists respond with the facts, providing confidence and authority. And we are trusted by the media. For many clients we are their main point of contact.
