At Nexus we are more than just a traditional PR agency.
We don’t just work with brands and products, we work with entire UK industries, from Eggs and Meat to Tea and Vitamins. This puts us at the heart of what our clients do and gives us a deeper and broader understanding. So you’ll never have to waste time explaining the fundamentals of your business.
And we’re not just about media coverage. We are connected at every stage of a product’s lifecycle – from brand development all the way through to point of sale. This gives us unique insight and powerful influence. It also means we can select and engage with all the right connections for you.
Our deeper knowledge and connections mean we can guide you through every step of the process, from negotiating ever-changing legislation, to getting the right evidence-based messaging for your products and ensuring they are on the shelves of the retailers that count. And we meet with the top retailers regularly making sure that they, and we, are always kept informed.
Our inside knowledge also means that we stay ahead of the game, responding more dynamically to a changing consumer environment and planning for potential issues. We know how to build and shape reputations and how to affect behavioural change in consumers, driving purchase and securing brand loyalty.
We’ve helped many brands and industries who have faced a crisis. We were there to steer the British Egg industry through the Salmonella scare in the eighties and nineties, restoring its reputation and rebuilding public trust.
And we never fail to deliver creative, cutting-edge campaigns that are dynamic, evidence-based, and trusted by customers, media and retailers alike.
Because we’ve got such insight into what they do, our customers trust us, giving us autonomy to shape their brands and manage their reputations. They are also very loyal to us – in fact many of them have been with us since the beginning, 30 years ago. We believe that’s testament to our ability to keep ahead of the curve, to understand what our customers need and to get them the results they deserve.
We continue to be recognised for the work we do with industry and brands alike. With more than our fair share of wins, commendations and shortlists across PR, marketing, grocery, OTC and food awards.
Recent wins include:
Best PR Campaign for a Non Medicine for the 2015 OTC Marketing Awards
Finalist slot for Best Media Relations for the PR Moment 2015 Awards
